Upcoming exhibition

Spanning more than four centuries of painting, Echoes Across Time brings Old Masters into dialogue with Impressionist, Modern and Contemporary art, revealing unexpected connections between works created centuries apart.

Echoes Across Time, presented by Kocerova Fine Art & Advisory, will take place on the ground floor of Simon C. Dickinson Gallery in Mayfair, during Frieze Week.

Rather than following a conventional chronology or grouping works by artistic movement, the exhibition unfolds through five distinct ideas — Duration, Pause, Cycle, Flash and Infinity — inviting visitors to discover how artists across different periods have explored the passage of time, fleeting moments, repetition, memory and change.

The exhibition brings together celebrated figures from art history with works by contemporary and emerging artists, creating a dialogue across centuries. Paintings by Pieter Brueghel the Younger, Balthasar van der Ast, Salvator Rosa, Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot, Honoré Daumier, Adolphe Monticelli, André Derain and Emil Nolde will be presented alongside contemporary works, revealing unexpected affinities between artists separated by centuries and tracing ideas that continue to resonate across time.

Open 9am–6pm by appointment, 12–17 October
